These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ac66 platform and all services offered therein. By creating an account or accessing ac66, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ac66. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Each Bangladeshi mobile number may only be registered once on the ac66 platform.
ac66 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and participating Bangladeshi banks.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility criteria detailed in the Bonuses & Promotions section. Bonuses must be activated before expiry. Abuse of bonus terms will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ac66 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
ac66 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, void bets, or withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions. All decisions in such matters are final.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ac66 platform at https://ac66.bio, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and ac66.
If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the ac66 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ac66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ac66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with ac66's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ac66 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with ac66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You are accessing ac66 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ac66, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously had an ac66 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You have not been identified as a problem gambler by ac66 and are not subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform.
Identity Verification
ac66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. During any verification review, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted. ac66 may share verification information with authorised third-party identity verification service providers solely for the purpose of confirming player eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.
Geographic Restrictions

Account Registration
To access the full range of ac66 services, including betting, casino games, and financial transactions, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. You must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one ac66 account only. Each Bangladeshi mobile number and each national identity document may only be associated with one account. If ac66 determines that a player holds more than one account, whether under the same or different names, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be reversed. In cases of deliberate fraud or deception, ac66 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance of all associated accounts.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and the OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ac66 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses activated — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ac66 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Account Information Accuracy
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, during verification, or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ac66 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or where the player has misrepresented their identity, age, or location. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending resolution of any discrepancy in account information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ac66 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ac66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your ac66 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- ac66 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ac66 accepts no liability.
- ac66 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method belongs to the account holder prior to processing any withdrawal from that method.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification requirements.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
- Withdrawals require confirmation via a one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
- ac66 reserves the right to impose a mandatory identity verification review before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to any account or mobile number other than the one registered and verified on your ac66 account.
Suspicious Transactions
ac66 monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. Where suspicious activity is identified, ac66 reserves the right to suspend transactions, freeze account balances, and refer the matter to relevant authorities. ac66 fully complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Players are prohibited from using ac66 for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
Bonuses & Promotions
ac66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. By activating any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms, including any wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by ac66 are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page prior to activation. Stakes placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain live dealer titles and low-margin sports bets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
- Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in each individual promotion.
- ac66 offers may be restricted to players in specific regions or to players who have not previously activated the same offer.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- ac66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being activated by the player.
- Promotional bonuses expire as stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software to manipulate promotional outcomes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ac66 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, with or without prior notice.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the ac66 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game providers and, where applicable, the rules published on the ac66 platform. In the event of a conflict between game provider rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game provider rules are expressly stated to take precedence for a specific game category.
Random Number Generation and RTP
Casino games on ac66 that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the game information panel within each title. ac66 does not alter RTP settings from the values certified by the game provider. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are not subject to RNG systems.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on ac66 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. In general, the following principles apply:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of acceptance.
- ac66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for the relevant sport and market as published on the platform.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability. ac66 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to technical issues during live events.
- Cricket bets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players or with any individual involved in the conduct of a game or sporting event.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the ac66 platform or its underlying software.
Account Suspension & Closure
ac66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ac66 has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected. The exercise of this right does not limit ac66's ability to pursue any additional legal remedies available to it.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
- Failure to satisfy an identity verification request within the period specified by ac66.
- Evidence of underage gambling or registration by a person under 18 years of age.
- Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts.
- Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
- Use of prohibited software or engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a payment provider without first contacting ac66 support to resolve the matter.
- Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their ac66 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ac66 will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's verified withdrawal method within five business days, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is pending. Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not close and reopen their account during the exclusion period.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by ac66 — all pending bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately. Open bets may be voided or settled at ac66's discretion depending on the circumstances of the closure. ac66 will retain transaction records and account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac66, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ac66 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if ac66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Platform Availability
ac66 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. ac66 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practical. ac66 accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games hosted on the ac66 platform are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ac66 acts as a distribution channel for these games and is not responsible for the underlying game software, RNG systems, or game rules of third-party providers. Any technical disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game round must be raised with ac66 support, which will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.
Telecommunications and Connectivity
ac66 accepts no responsibility for losses, missed bets, or incomplete transactions arising from telecommunications failures, internet connectivity interruptions, mobile network outages, or any other connectivity issue on the part of the player or their network provider. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection when placing live bets or participating in time-sensitive game rounds.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ac66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the ac66 platform, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Amendments to These Terms
ac66 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of ac66 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
